You can request a prescription for chronical medication in two ways. On our patient portal, or by telephone. The possibilities are explained below.
Request repeat medication patient portal:
In the online patient portal you can independently repeat medication that has previously been prescribed by us and you use more often. If you are logged into your account, you will see an overview of the medications known to us that can be repeated. You select the medication you want to repeat here. By choosing “request prescription” you confirm the choice of the drug to be repeated.
You will receive confirmation of your repeated medication.

Repeat prescription line
For chronical medication you can call our repeat prescription line. The telephone number is: 070 – 352 25 44: press 0 for English, then press 2 for the repeat prescription line. You will have to state the following details:
- Name and date of birth.
- Home address.
- Name of pharmacy.
- Medication; you can mention multiple medications at once. When you are finished, you can end the connection.
When will the prescription be ready?
When you leave a prescription before 11:00 am on a working day, we will send the prescription to the pharmacy that same day. The prescriptions we receive during the weekend, will be send to the pharmacy on the next working day. The prescriptions will be at the pharmacy after 2:00 pm.
Note: request the prescription on time. The pharmacy may not have all the medication in stock.
