Missed appointment policy
Unfortunately, it often happens that patients do not show up on appointments. Depending on the scheduled time of the appointment it is understandable that it is not possible to cancel the appointment in a timely manner. We also realize that there is always a possibility that you are unable to come to an appointment because of unforeseen events. However, we assume that you try your best to let us know as soon as possible. Even afterwards we would like to hear about this.
Patients who do not show up without cancelling the appointment in an adequate manner inconvenience other patients and the surgery. Therefore we feel compelled to implement the following policy. When you do not show up for an appointment for the second time without cancelling it in an adequate manner you will receive an invoice. Your insurance does not cover this invoice, so the invoice is for your own account.
The amount of the invoice depends on the type of appointment:

We require that you cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel an appointment in the following ways:
- At the reception during opening hours, 08:00 – 17:00 PM
- By phone during opening hours, 08:00 – 17:00 PM
- By email: email@example.com
